About my services

At Aspyre Hypnotherapy, I work using a solution-focused, results-driven approach. This means each session is designed with the assumption that it could be the session that creates meaningful change.

Many clients experience a noticeable improvement after their first hypnotherapy session. On average, 6–12 sessions are sufficient to create long-lasting change, depending on your goals, history, and the challenges you’re facing.

I always recommend starting with a free initial consultation. This allows us to ensure we’re a good fit, clarify what you want to work on, and align on expectations so I can offer a realistic recommendation and timeframe before you commit.

While no therapist or therapy can guarantee results, I do guarantee to work ethically, skilfully, and thoughtfully, tailoring hypnotherapy techniques to your individual goals.

From there, we’ll work with your subconscious to address anxiety triggers and reinforce positive coping strategies.

  • Every client is different. Some feel noticeable relief after just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll tailor your plan to your unique needs but typically we recommend 8-12 sessions.

  • Yes, Aspyre Hypnotherapy offer online sessions via Zoom, so you can access help from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a reliable Wifi connection and quiet space to relax.
